I was thinking today about making chicken soup. But, it just isn't the same without Matzo Balls. So, I did some research about Gluten-Free Matzo and this is what I found at: glutenfreebay.blogspot.com

Having not tried them, I know nothing about them. However, after I order them and try them I will report my take on how they taste.

If you have read a Bible then this might look familiar. Something like: Wheat, Barley, Grapes, Pomegranates, Olive, Fig, Dates. However, if like me you are gluten intolerant, then you have to CHANGE THE WORLD.

Isn't it nice to know that the Goddess isn't a spiteful creator. She allows us to manipulate the world around us to not have to kiss ourselves to keep up with dietary laws that are terribly outdated. So, a bit of modification and the Seven Fruits and Grains starts to look like this: Sorghum, Modified Tapioca Starch, Grapes, Cherries, Olive, Fig, and maybe Flaxseed oil or Almonds or I'm not sure what else.

Anyway, manna from my mother's Hungarian, Jewish table modified for the Gluten-free lifestyle. Yummy!!!!
